The 2009 Pickup Truck Racing See's muc-Off Mark Jones Drive to 8th

GSport Racing’s season has continued in 2009. Following the Seager Team's success during the 2008 season Alan Seager announced that the outfit will expand for 2009 and run under the GSport Racing banner. "Building on the experience and expertise of 'Team Seager', GSport Racing will have the capacity to run two to three drivers during the season. With Mark Jones will return to Pickup Truck racing with them."

At the beginning of the year Alan Seager said "Mark will be racing the team's second truck. He comes with a wealth of experience having raced in the formula before and has since gained valuable track knowledge from racing in various other formulas." His words were not wrong as Mark lies in 8th position overall in the championship, which has shown a strong and consistent drive from Mark, who last raced Pickups at Snetterton back in 2004 and prior to that contested races in the 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002 Championships.
